Portuguese

Portuguese has nasal vowels (ão, em, im) and many vowel sounds. Brazilian Portuguese is more open and sing-song; European/African Portuguese swallows unstressed vowels. "Você" is the common "you" in Brazil; "o senhor / a senhora" is respectful.
